Service Program
The purpose of this service is to support small businesses that do not have there own internal IT department. This is a monthly service designed to maintain an existing network infrastructure and maintain security of the network. The Network Administration and Support program is not designed to be an all inclusive substitute for a Hardware Maintenance program but rather a compliment to a Hardware Maintenance program. A monthly inspection will be scheduled each month to come on-site and inspect the network infrastructure to insure all implemented security shields are performing as designed and to address any new issues that may have arisen since the previous inspection. Since this service is performed as a regularly scheduled service, charges are heavily discounted over a single standard service call.
Some of the areas that are reviewed during monthly inspection are as follows:

Microsoft Critical Updates are reviewed and updated as needed |

Anti-Virus Software is checked for last complete scan date and last definition update with action taken as needed |

A network scan is performed to identify any potential vulnerabilities from outside you network. |

Adware / Spyware software is checked for last scan and definition update with action taken as needed |

Network Backup procedures are reviewed and tested to insure backups are complete and reliable |

Software updates and patches installed as needed |
Free phone support for resolution of minor problems encountered during the month is an added bonus to this program.
